1994 Chrysler LHS no running lights or dash lights

Electrical problem
1994 Chrysler LHS 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

i keep blowing the fuse for the dash lights and running lights. i changed the headlight switch but the fuse still blows after about 1 minute. where else should i look for the problem?

That is a good one. Check power supply to switch because if the circuit is open, power should should go no further. Unless this only happens with the lights on. IF that is the case, you need to start hunting down a short. It could be under the dash, wiring under the hood to the lights...
