i have a problem when i turn the key my instrument panel does not turn on.I have to giggle the actual ignition and turn the car off and on multiple times for it to turn on.I have switched out the instrument panel twice and it still does the same thing. Also when my gauges do not work my transmission does not change gears due to tachometer not working.I have tried changing relays, fuses, and like i said the gauges.I am at my wits end and really need help, thanks!!!!!!!!

Hi
Most likely the ignition switch down on the column. Worn or burnt contacts mostlikely. Check the red/white wire for power when panel is out if none replace switch.
