Hood Cable Broke How Can I Get My Hood Open With Out Damage

From below, with a flashlight and a very long tool like a screwdriver or long stiff hanger. You will see the cable connected to the latch. Help it along.
Look behind your release handle first to see if there is an easier solution. It's not difficult.
