1994 Chrysler LHS electric windows

My driver's and front passenger side power windows will lower but when raised they jump off track and will not return to proper position. Necessary to force pane back into door post slot by hand. Thank you.

Something has come apart within the door itself. You will need to remove the door panel to see what is happening.
