ac and electric window malfunction

1990 chrysler le baron 70,000 miles 4 or 6 cylinder engine. the a/c and electric windows malfunctioned at the same time. the fuses have all been changed. what could be the problem?

My 1993 LeBaron LE sedan, AT, 300cc engine, front wd has about 130,000 miles on it, and the AC / heater blower and the power windows both quit on me at the same time a couple of weeks ago.

Because I am on a low fixed income and I'm going back to college next week, I need to fix the problem myself and NOW, or the Princessmobile will be dangerous to drive when winter weather fogs up the windshield.
