92 Lebaron wiper motor

Windshield wipers come on as soon as key is turned on. Tried replacing the switch with several junk yard doners and even the motor. Is there a relay somewhere for the wiper system or is the body computer bad?

park switch inside the motor

save time and money and replace the wiper motor
