1995 Chrysler Le Baron I snaped a Bolt

So I was trying to change my fuel pump and I accidently snaped the bolt on the tank strap. What would be the best way of replacing said bolt?

Hello, I would soak it down really well with penetrating oil. Drill out the inside and use a easy out to remove it. Clean the threads really good, oil, and install new bolt.
