1994 Chrysler Le Baron water leaks into passenger compartme

After 15 minutes of use the AC starts to fog and water runs into the floorboards of the passenger compartment.
How can I unplug the drain?

by using a shop vac or using a compressed air
drain under the hood passenger side by the firewall
