I have this car and so far its been one headache after another...the wipers arent working but the washer pump is...so id assume its not the switch...but when i checked the fuse it was blown..so i replaced it and then it blew again...so its obvious there is a wiring issue, but is there any quick tips for this by any chance?

no quick tips, will have to inspect the wiring to ensure no bad spots but if wiring is OK then the wiper motor is most likely faulty.
