1993 Chrysler Le Baron Radio will not turn on

Just got this car the radio will not turn on, the clock is working. Well really I not even sure how to turn on the radio.

'93 radio should turn on with rotating a knob on it. If it's not coming on then check fuses.

The clock is working and I did check the fuse Looks good. Its there more than one fuse for the radio, one for the clock and another for the radio? The turn knob doesn't click to the off or on position. I think the radio is broken. Thought maybe I was missing something.

Check fuse #2 (10 amp), fuse # 5 (4 amp) and fuse # 20 (10 amp). All located in fuse access panel, behind the steering column cover
