1992 Chrysler Le Baron 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 127K miles

Hi Guys,

I am trying to find the location of the flasher for the turn signals/hazards, which has gone out. Have made several attempts and even had mechanics look at it, but can not find the location to replace it. Do you know where it is?
