1992 Chrysler Le Baron Starter Problems

When I go to start my car by turning the key, nothing happens at first, then it starts to turn, and eventually it starts. It seems to me to be a problem with my starter. Does that sound right and also how do I fix that?

Could be starter solenoid or it maybe ignition switch.
