Brakes problem
1992 Chrysler Le Baron 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic

I just replaced the front brake pads, and now the brake pedal will not pump up while the engine is running. The pedal goes to the floor, but with the engine off, the pedal will get firm. I've checked for fluid leaks everywhere with none found

Bleed all the brakes (wheel cylinders, calipers). Start with furthest from MC (wheel cylinder, if drums on rear), work your way up to the closest.

If problem persists, RE-CHECK for any leaks in the entire brake system. If none, then remove MC and look for brake fluid at rear of MC where it connects to booster. If fluid is present, change MC.

ALWAYS bench bleed the MC, before install.
