Two possibilities. The linkages are all held together by plastic ball and socket connectors. You will likely need a pliers to pop them back together. If it pops apart again, consider finding a used linkage from a salvage yard. You're supposed to cut the nylon socket off and snap a new one in, but I've never had to resort to that.
Older Caravans had arms that were pressed onto the wiper pivots. They would fall off. The repair involved placing the arm back in position, then applying a small tack weld to it. Never saw that happen on LeBarons, but if it did, you would hear the clunking or scraping of the linkage sliding around.
