my car is stuck in low gear. I cannot start the car because the shift leaver is in the low gear position. It will not move back to park or any other position.

Check for linkage bind at transaxle. Remove cable see if you can hand shift into park ect. If yes then shift cable suspect believe floor shift take a look maybe somethinfg got in there and is binding.
