1991 Chrysler Le Baron 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

i have a problem that need a hand with, how do you pull that type of hubcap off the rim to change the tire? Any help would be great

the hub cap clips on, there should be a center cap to it that also just clips on. use flat blade tool to pry center cap off and then the hub cap off.
