1991 Chrysler Le Baron Gauges and dash lights don't work

Interior problem
1991 Chrysler Le Baron 6 cyl Automatic

Bought this car and nothing electrical worked. Replaced the battery and a few fuses and now the only problem I have is the dash lights and gauges do not work. Other than fuses, what could cause this? My horn does not work either.

Hi:
If the fuses are all good, check behind the dash for a loose or unpluged connector to the cluster.
