1990 Chrysler Le Baron windshield wipers

I have a 1990 Chrysler LeBaron. The left side wiper does not work, but the right side does. Is it a separate motor, or something else is wrong? Thank you.

No there is only one motor. but there is a wiper transmission which connects the two together. what has happened is one side of the wiper trans has disconnected. you have to remove the metal piece covering the wiper transmission and reattach the arm..



usually this will require replacement of a grommet and a lock washer. good luck billymac
