WINDSHIELD WIPERS will not work. wiper blades are not engaged with the wiper motor, both fold down and are not connected.

What can I do to get it repaired?

Any garage or car repair shop can take the trim pieces off and repair the linkage which has unlinked. It may need a repair part like a bushing or more but it is not a terribly complicated fix or price quote. At most the motor drive is worn out. Then you would have to replace the wiper motor.
