1987 Chrysler Le Baron can not get fire to coil

1987 Chrysler Le Baron 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

my 1987 chrysler le baron engine turns over but will not start.the coil is getting no fire.i have replaced both the pcm and the lcm but still doing same thing.any suggestions would really be helpful thanks.

No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs,coil's resistances,distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors and computer Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it.
