1986 Chrysler Le Baron air vent position

I can not get the a/c to come out of the dash vents. It comes out on your feet and defroster only. What sets thre vent, vaccuum or electric?

In this case, you are looking for a vacuum leak. Chances are it will either be under the dash or along the firewall where the vacuum lines run to the engine.
