Over the past 2 yrs I have had the water pump replaced or in the last case the housing was replaced. Each time I have had the same issue, leaking of green fluid on my garage floor and each time this has lead to costly repairs. Any idea what the mechanic could be missing here?

Have him make sure the housing isn't warped. Also, all of the old gasket material needs to be removed, the parts need to be clean and dry when replaced. Also, is he using gaskets for the repair or form-a-gasket sealent?
