I just changed my front brake pads and rotors becuase i had a slight vibration which i thought was due to a warped rotor. I have done this job many times and never had a problem. I never diconnected any hydralic lines and compressed the brake piston with a C clamp. Now the brakes are very soft and pedal travel seems to go all the way to the floor.
Not sure bleeding will help since they were good before. Any suggestions

When you compressed the caliper piston, did you force the fluid back into the master cylender or bleed it at the caliper bleeder valve? Does the vehicle have 4 wheel disc brakes?
