my 2000 chrysler intrepid the car over heated and went into auto autoshut down how can i restart the car is gettin spart and fuel but will not start would this issue have anything to do with the auto shutdown relay

If you are getting spark and fuel, it's not the auto shutdown. I would recommend doing an engine compression test to see if you blew a head gasket. If you have spark, fuel, and compression, it should run.
