Does the engine reach operating temp? What is the temp gage reading? Are the heater hoses hot? Maybe some of the directional doors under the dash are having a problem?

The temp gauges read ok. I haven't tried to see if the hoses are warm yet.
How do you check a directional door?

Thank you

You have to get under the dash and look. That's the way I do it.
