1991 Chrysler Imperial Headlights.

I have a problem with my headlights.. when i cut them on at night they will come on and run for about 15 mins and then after that start blinking off and on.. its not even if i hit a bump or anything i could be parked and they will still blink on and off what could be causing that to happen?

Are they flashing like an alarm has been set off, or do they blink on and off randomly?

they go off randomly and will straight out for a few minutes when I pull back on the bright switch

It sounds like the switch is bad. That is where I would start.
