Recently after having both cv`s replaced,my transmission when put in OD selection and take off driving, slips between 2nd and 3rd untill you let off, then seems to stay in 2nd and doesnt upshift or slip anymore. The onboard information center says check trans. Could it be torque converter or a stuck valve or sensor. Your advice will be well appreciated. Thank you.

Make sure the trans fluid is full. They may have damaged an axle seal and it is leaking fluid. Also, this could be caused by a shift solenoid. Have you had the computer scanned for trouble codes?
