Spark plug insulator tip broke off in engine

I have a 2000, Jeep Grand Cherokee, straight 6, 4.0 L engine. I had to drive the Jeep under this condition for about 10 miles and hope no damaged has occurred to the piston. What has happened is the first cylinders spark plug insulator tip broke off and the tip is still in the engine. To my surprise, I removed the plug and the complete insulator tip is still in the cylinder. Its ceramic and I would think I have to remove the tip from the cylinder. How do I do that? Vaccume cleaner and suck it out? The plug was a Bosch platinum plug with at least 30,000 miles on it.

Remove plug vacuum it out or keep cranking it, till it comes out. Or hope for it to come out during the overlap.

Looks like the problem took care of its self. I tried to vacuum the tip out but nothing came out. I talked to a mechanic friend of mine and he said the piece went out the exhaust. Probably the piston crushed it against the head and out it went OR it went out the exhaust valve and the valve may have even crushed it. I put a new plug in and after 25 miles all seems to be fine.
