I own a 2003 Grand Jerokeep Jeep with 68000 miles.
I had installed new brake pads but not rotors. I have a shimmy when I brake. Can I install new rotors without replacing the brake pads?

How many miles did you put on the pads? Usually its a good idea to start fresh with everything. The pads will wear into any grooves or imperfections in the rotor giving you an uneven contact surface. If REALLY low miles you might try resurfacing the pad with a flat sanding block
