key fob wont lock/unlock doors but will set alarm how do i reset key fob

If the fob works at all, that means it's already synched to the car. You either have a defective fob or a problem with the receiver/BCM.

i have two fobs both doing the same setting alarm but not locking doors.

That would indicate a problem with the vehicle then. You will need a factory scan tool to be able to diagnose it.
