my husband says it could be bad shocks but i want a second oppinion. My van makes a noise when i hit bumps to me it sounds like tires rub i know its not that but thats what it sounds like, do you think you could tell me what it is?? thanks

Hi, not positive about problem, but, found this bulletin. The bulletin goes on to say, noise most noticeable when you hit a bump.
