2001 Chysler Grand Voyager heat

2001 CHRYSLER GRAND VOYAGER

I have a 2001 Chrysler Voyager, the heater blows cold air. When I turn the heat off then back on it will blow heat for about 1 minute tops then turn cold again. What is the problem? Thanks.

check coolant level and adjust if needed
replace thermostat
