2001 Chrysler Voyager idling REAL hard

I have a 2001 Chrysler Voyager (approx 145K miles, 3.3L V6 Engine) that idles really hard at stop lights or anywhere where I have to stand still for more than 15 seconds. Also, the car makes a knocking sound when I push on the gas pedal after a red light. What could be wrong?

Check your vaccuum hoses and make sure they are all connected and without cracks. It sounds like you may have a vacuum leak. Also check all of your fluids make sure they are filled to specs. Oil, coolant, trans, keep me posted
