2000 Chysler Grand Voyager tire won't' roll

i drove the car everything was fine I backed the car in and parked it until the next day when i went to leave the rear passenger tire would nor roll its stuck

I did not ever use emergency brake so I don't think that is the problem can you help

Hi:

It's possible that a retaining spring may have broke allowing the brakes to lock. You need to pull the wheel and drum and inspect it,
