Hi:

If you replaced the oil pan and it didn't leak for a day and then started, you need to recheck your work. It's possible that you over tightened the pan and caused it to split. Did you remove the oil filter? Could you have double gasketed the new filter when you replaced it? Is it leaking from the front of rear of the oil pan? Is the oil coming from down low or could it be a valve cover gasket?

Let me know.
