we just changed the plugs, wires and did an oil change trying to improve the mileage we were getting, since the tune up we are averaging about 10mpg. the engine isnt running rough like before the work was done, but it sure likes gas. Any help would be appreciated.
there is no gas smell.

do u have check engine light on




need codes
check thermostat and coolant sensor
check fuel fill cap
check O2 sensors

its been a while since this posting, the mpg seems to be just under 15. there is no engine light on. the van seems to run smooth(idle), compared to pre-tuneup(16mpg). i also drive 60% hwy. im still stumped on next step.

we noticed a lot of drop in mileage when they switch the fuel
and added ethanol
