2000 Chrysler Grand Voyager 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Mine rear park brake shoes stuck.it von`t come off. What can I do?

Hi:
On the rear of the backing plate there is a rubber plug that covers the self adjuster. Remove it and turn the star nut to loosten it and lower the height of the shoes. Then you can remove the drum to determine the problem. Also, check the park brake cables to make sure they are free and not rusted.
