2000 Chrysler Grand Voyager no heat on floor

we get heat on the upper side but not on the floor. We do get cold air though when the ac is on. Can you tell me where the mode door is in the heating/airconditioning system. I can not find this in my manual that i have..Thank you

The blend doors are in HVAC unit behind dash and require dash removal to servuce. Is it manual or auto air? Some door actuators can be accessed without dash removal.
