Hi,
actually the vehicle is an Euro model, Voyager SE.
3, 3 liter V6.
The problem is the backlights behind the small buttons, heating level controls, A/C, rear window heater etc. Situated in the center of the console. You know, the small green lights, also found inside the window and door lock buttons.

The ones in the doors work fine, the ones in the center console and the heating lever backlights are dead.

Hi:
Either the bulbs are bad or the BCM needs reset. Try disconnecting the battery for about 10 minutes to see if it resets them.

Let me know if this helps.

Disconnecting didn't help. So, how much work is there involved in replacing the bulbs?
And thank You for answering my question, Joe.

It can be a pain. The sad part is they may still be good and there is a problem with the Body Control Module (BCM).

Thanks for the information. Any attempts to self repair (and fail) or have it done by a shop is left under consideration, due to unbelievable costs here in Finland. Can manage DBT (drive by touch) in the dark.

Once again,
Thank You very much,
