every time you drive between 45 and 50 miles an hour the car shakes,had wheels balanced twice but still shakes

HI:

If you had the tire balanced twice, then there is a different problem. If they were balanced, I will assume that they checked for abent rim. Next, does the vehicle drive out of the vibration? (in other words, will it stop shaking when you exceed 50 MPH?)

Also, if you turn the wheel all the way left or right, does it make a clicking noise? If so, you have a bad CV joint which could cause a vibration. It could even be an axle.
