1984 Chrysler Cordoba car has not been run in five years

The cars brakes are locked up I put it in neutral and it will not move. What can I do?

depending on whether the parking brake was applied prior to it being parked, you can try opening the bleeder screws on the front and see if any fluid comes out. then go teh back aof the car and try to back off the brake shoes, then remove the tires and give each brake drum a smack witha hammer to see if that will jar the shoes loose.
