ABS Light on

I have a 1999 Concorde Chrysler LXI with 135,000 miles 3.2 engine with ABS. I was pulling out of a parking lot and I heard a thump and noticed that my Trac control light changed in the dash from on to trac Off and my ABS light is on?

Check brake fluid and also u need to scan for ABS codes
