2003 Chrysler Concorde 99624 miles

Intermittant transmission problem - unit will downshift while running - check engine light comes on - will not shift back up - 3000 RPM at 40 MPH. When I shut the car off and restart it - the car resumes normal operation. I just had the cam position sensor replaced - as that went bad. There is a transaxle code and a transmission pressure code - has anyone had this fixed? What was done?
