Chrysler has always had very little trouble with their injectors. Name brand fuels today already have detergents added so there's no need to add more cleaning chemicals based on mileage. Some people add injector cleaner when there's a running problem but it won't magically fix a defective part. Most gasoline today has ethanol added which also tends to clean the entire fuel system. Stick with good quality gas and you're not likely to need to add additional chemicals.
