2001 Chrysler Concorde Oil leak

everytime I drive my vehicle there is alway smoke coming out of my car whenever I stop and one day I checked the car under the hood and it is leaking oil from the top of the engine onto the engine and thats whats causing the smoke and my question was how do I get that repaired? How do I stop that oil leak?
