2000 Chrysler Concorde 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

changed water pump now car wont start no fire on plugs. I have timing belt loose lined up the marks on cams with dots Where do I put the crank?

It should be at TDC. However, that won't prevent you from getting spark.
