I am losing water. NO water in oil its coming out the tail pipe. some water also in the upper intake manifold. Where is it coming from

You have a blown intake manifold gasket and possibly a blown head gasket.

When your engine reaches full operating temps, pressure in the coolant is causing it to blow past the intake/head gasket and it's being pulled into the cylinders and blown out of the tail pipes.

Coolant doesn't always get into the oil when there's a blown gasket. It depends on what part of the gasket blew.
