my horn adn cruise control adn trunk pop all quit working at the same time and my air bag light has been on ever since what would cause this and how do i fix it?

A bad CLOCK SPRING! You have described three of the problems that pertain to a bad clockspring.

no horn, no cruise contol, and a air bag light!
