Although the wipers operate properly, the washer control does not spray fluid. There is also no sound of a motor working; and the bottle is full. I don't know where the pump is located.

The pump is under the washer bottle and can be seen from under the vehicle. The very reliable system has been complicated by adding an unnecessary computer to it. If the wipers run for three swipes after pressing ONLY the washer button, that part of the circuitry is working including the computer. That just leaves a defective pump motor. If the wipers don't run when pressing the washer button, suspect a defective switch assembly or body computer.
