1998 Chrysler Concorde racing engine on idle

Hi I need help with my car just changed the throttle position sensor in my 98 chrysler concorde and now it races at idle the rpm is reading 3 or 4 sometimes what could be the problem any help.

Was the racing engine the reason you replaced this TPS. This is 3.3L
